Our support staff work closely with the internal engineers who develop our products to quickly address issues and take action. We are committed to working with our customer to understand their goals, reproduce their issues, and find the best solutions available. In the rare event of a serious bug in our software, we pride ourselves on quickly fixing the issue and producing a new release.

Each support engagement means verifying that the issue is solved in the customers environment. In cases where reproducing issues outside of the customer environment is difficult or impossible, our engineers will make on-site visits to provide solutions to challenging issues within the customer environment.
