Stephanie O’Sullivan
Director of Science and Technology
Central Intelligence Agency

Since June 2003, Ms. O’Sullivan had been the Associate Deputy Director for Science and Technology. Prior to this assignment, Ms. O’Sullivan was the Deputy Director and then the Director of DS&T’s Office of Advanced Technologies and Programs (ATP), which supports research and development activities and applies advanced technologies to large scale acquisition programs. At the time of ATP’s creation, Ms. O’Sullivan was the Deputy Director of the Systems Development Group (SDG) in the CIA’s Office of Technical Collection. Prior to becoming Deputy Director of SDG, Ms. O'Sullivan was the Chief of its Systems Engineering Staff (SES).

Before joining the Agency in 1995, Ms. O’Sullivan worked for the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI). At ONI, she was responsible for a wide variety of R&D programs.
