- Keynote Address VADM Lowell (Jake) Jacoby, USN (Ret.) opens the conference by drawing on his 37 years of military and intelligence leadership, most recently as Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. He played a leading role in the global war on terror and more recently in national intelligence reform. Currently, Mr. Jacoby heads up the National Solutions Group of CACI International.

This conference is organized for the benefit of and provided at no charge to employees of the U.S. Government. Individuals outside the U.S. Government may also attend, however a contractor participation fee of $495 per person will apply. Contractor registrations received before May 18 will receive a $100 discount.
